The Farm
Our farm is transitioning from having a production focus to hosting educational opportunities. Track our progress here an on social media.
In 2015, I purchased my farm in Candler, where I’ve raised grass-fed beef, lamb, honey, and eggs for sale. These days I’m reconfiguring the farm to host educational events with a focus on perennial crops, beekeeping and fiber production.
On-farm workshops led by Gina Raicovich in Western North Carolina provide hands-on learning for homesteaders, landowners, farmers, and stewards. Workshops focus on land use, stewardship practices, rural decision making, and long-term land planning in the Appalachian region.
